PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Full Time • Hybrid - US
Resource Insurance Associates, Inc. has a Personal Lines Account Manager position available.  This position manages an existing book of business resulting in a high rate of account retention, development of new business, and exceptional client satisfaction. This position requires a high degree of independent discretion, professionalism, and decision making with limited supervision required.  We have offices in Columbia and Sumter, South Carolina, and the employee may work from either location.  Resource Insurance is a great company with opportunity for professional growth.  

Personal Lines Account Manager Duties:

Perform annual client reviews and provide options to the client based on their current insurance needs.

Process renewal, change requests, etc. based on assigned book of business.

Develops new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and contribute to meeting agency production goals.

Appropriately document conversations with clients and carrier representatives within the agency management system.

Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues including billing, claims, and underwriting concerns.

Ensures accuracy of data within the agency management system.

Stays up to date of changes in the insurance industry.
